It was such a terrible experience. I don't recommend. Dirty, small, expensive, horrible, insecurity, and more. People were very noisy as spanish group, so insecurity was here. The blanket was very very dirty.

It was the worst hotel that I seen in my life, no security, the room was dirty and the bathroom too, the bed was very uncomfortable and the heater was not working so we wanted to take another blanket but it was also dirty with hair inside. We got very bad neighbors they was drinking and does a lot of noises. So I DON’T RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL IT’S A STING AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING !!!!

Worst hotel group In Rome. Originally booked for raggio over booked so moved us to Noto hotel and was a huge inconvenience. Room stank , staff were not friendly and not helpful. Sheets and bedding were dirty when we advised the staff they said they would sort it and never did. As well as the stench in the room. Staff don’t greet they just chat to their mates in the evening. Just really useless in general !!! Except For the breakfast staff they were nice !! Hotel is dirty and gross wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!!!! Never ever stay here !!!!

I have been travelling since I was 4 years old and I never had this type of experience. We booked a room in another hotel (part of the same chain) and we arrived they told us we were moved due to overbooking. The staff haven't checked or asked if that was suitable for us and only told us that was their plan. We arrived at Hotel Noto and the receptionist didn't welcome us but instead just asked for our documents. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We were shown our room upon request and after complaining about the bad small in the room on the 4th floor nothing was done or actioned. The bedsheet were dirty of someone else make up. One night we arrived and asked the reception for some water as we didn't have cash to buy a bottle at the vending machine and we were told to go to the fountain close by the hotel by the other receptionist. Overall very bad experience, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. The only positive thing was the team at the breakfast, they were polite, professional and friendly. My advice is DO NOT GO THERE.

Clean, comfortable hotel, in a perfect location. 25 min walk to colosseum and Roman forum, 5 minutes from Termini station. Good European style breakfast. The 24 hour front desk a bonus. Room at the rear of hotel was very quiet. Would Recommend
